Ordering & delivery

When you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation with all details. When your package of brand new sailing gear is leaving our warehouse, you'll also be notified.

We offer the following delivery times and shipping costs:

• Standard delivery in 1-2 working days | 3-4 working days when you require a personalized product
• Free shipping on orders over € 50 | otherwise €5,95

Returns

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the product. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the products can only be returned when they are completely unused, tagged and sent in the original packaging, double boxed. Also, personalized products cannot be returned.

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Clubgear customer service.

How can I return my order?
You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned. Please send it to:

What is our return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. You can open the package and check the contents. Returns will only be accepted when the products are unused, tagged and in the original packaging.

What are the costs to return an item?
The costs of the return depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Please note that return shipments are at the customer's own expense. 

When do I get my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and you will receive your payment inmediately afterwards. We always refund your money to the bank account or credit card account that was used for the order.

Did you receive my return?
Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of two working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund or store credit process. We will send you an email once this is finished.
