Is it possible to return my order?
When you've ordered a product with a logo badge of your sailing club, a name or initials, your product is personalized and can therefore not be returned. If that's not the case and your product is unused and undamaged, you can send it to:

You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and you will receive your payment inmediately afterwards. We always refund your money to the bank account or credit card account that was used for the order.
The product I have received is wrong or damaged. What should I do?
Whenever we have accidently sent you the wrong product or the product shows imperfections, please contact our Customer Service at +31 (0)186 - 86 86 (Monday till Friday from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm) or send an e-mail to info@clubgear.eu. Always mention your order number. They will provide you with a suitable solution.
How can I get access to this webshop?
Clubgear is private webshop for sailingclubs who wear the performance based sailing gear of Magic Marine. These clubs are able to provide their members an exclusive log in to buy clubgear with a 20% discount. Ask your contact person at the club for your personal log in code.

Is it possible to print/personalize the products?
Most articles can be printed with your club logo, name or initials. These products can be recognized by this icon:

Printing of sponsor-or companylogo's is custom
Het bedrukken van sponsor-of bedrijfslogo’s is maatwerk en daarom alleen mogelijk via onze gezellige medewerkers van de Klantenservice. Rond hiervoor je bestelling af en bel daarna op werkdagen tussen 08.00-17.00 naar +31 (0)186-65 86 84 of stuur een e-mail naar info@voetbalstraat.nl met het logo in .EPS, .AI of .PDF bestand. Geef hierbij duidelijk aan om welk het product het gaat. Zij helpen je graag verder.
Houd er wel rekening mee dat het bedrukken van een sponsorlogo extra kosten met zich meebrengt. Ook hierover zal de Klantenservice je verder informeren.
